Is there a way to run StormC5ed in fullscreen mode?.. maybe using Screen preferences to force the fullscreenmode?

Thanks in advance,

Fullscreenmode - what do you mean?

Just enlarge the window to cover whatever screen you are working on.

Best regards,

Niels

No, it doesn't even have pubscreen support. If you want a fullscreen editer and don't need highlighting then CygnusEd is the best, if you need highlighting then try annotate.

A third option if you have Enhancer is MultiEdit, not as powerful as CygnusEd though.

is there no software under OS4 that patch the right system call to open it in a pub screen or any screen like under OS3?

Yes, there's screens prefs, but if the program doesn't support pubscreen then it has nothing to detect and route to another screen.
