"uploader" is back. This time supplying someone elses email when uploading. (kas1e's email in this case)

Probably someone see that i uploaded hollywood plugins to recent ones, and upload all that stuff which on os4depot is older.

That from one side ok (so all will be latest one from place where everyone grab stuff), but then, why he put my email when upload ?

Have all stuff up2date on os4depot is good, and what that one who upload over my email doing good stuff for users, but put my email when it wasn't me kind of suck :)


Probably only good way, its just create database with users/passwords, so no anynymouses can comment and/or upload stuff. And then it will be visibly who upload and what.

I don't know who that is, but how does the IP help anyway? AFAIK in italy Vodafone uses dynamic IP allocation for private entities, so one just has to hit the "reconnect" button of the router (if there is one) or briefly cycle the power to get a totally different IP..

couldn't a password be made as a requirement to upload a file?

You'd be surprised.

AmigaAMP3 has the wrong version number as of the upload 2018-12-02. The correct is 3.23, AmigaAMP 3.23 (29.11.18) in the executable.

One needs an eMail address, so it should be pretty "easy" to find out who this is.

Also, if we don't want uploader to upload any more stuff under this pseudonym, why not simply block him?

There is still the problem of him uploading stuff people probably don't want to host on os4depot.net (for whatever reason)

Topic is almost year old. But uploader its me, samo79 and someone else. Latest amigaamp upload done by me, no needs to ask anyone anywhere. I also uploads fresh versions of hollywood and mui classes when they released.
