My new Samsung SJ4 mobile isn't recognized by my Amiga One X-5000

Hello Amigans

My new Samsumg SJ4 mobile phone is not recognized by the Amiga One X5000.

I want to transfer some photos or videos from my recently passed Holydays in Benidorm (Valencia) SPAIN

Can any of you help me?

Have you tried selecting PTP mode on the phone when you plug it in?

Maybe the updated PTP usb driver from the enhancer pack will do the job?

I don't have this driver from the Enhancer Pack

If your phone can't even see the X5000

(only charging, does not show connection options e.g. PTP or USB Mass Storage mode)

Then maybe it is the cable, most USB phone cables I own don't have the data pins, only voltage so they can only charge with it and not communicate with the host machine.

Try out other cables if you have them or try them out on a PC to be sure.

The latest PTP driver in the Enhancer Software is much more advanced than previous versions. If you have any problems with mobile devices and the new version then please file a bug report.
