No worries. I know hard resets are slow, and that you guys are trying to think of a way to get it working. There's always a chance you could think of something I didn't, despite how much time I've already put into it.

Disable gfx card interrupts in reset handler to prevent the situation during soft boot where there could be interrupts coming in but gfx driver is not yet running and can't handle it to ACK the interrupts, so system hangs in interrupt "state"?

From memory, the issue was a Machine Check Exception part way through initializing the driver (as in, the GPU falls over so badly it doesn't even respond to PCIe accesses any more). That has nothing to do with interrupts, which I'm pretty sure have already been disabled.
