I haven't used YAM on my X5000 in over a year and am about to reconnect with my ISP's mail server after a prolonged time with no email downloads. Any suggestions on how I can handle the expected flood of emails?
Thanks,

If your connectivity is good, and you have enough disk space, I'd expect the downloading to work just fine.
Then of course you have to do something with all that mail. There I would recommend YAM's filtering system and lots of specific drawers. The filtering will take some time, of course, but that will be only once. The same goes for the time used to define the filters.
Thanks for the advice, Niels. My connectivity is fairly good and hopefully there is enough disk space.
I already have quite a few filters set up, so that should sort itself out fairly well. As I've kept up my mail reading with other mobile devices, I'll probably only have to scan for any items I may have missed, so that shouldn't be too bad.
I guess I'll just go ahead and pull the trigger on that and see what happens.
Again, thanks for the help. I'm sorry I won't be at Amiwest this year so I can meet you in person.
