i know found out what causes the font issue. i went back to my fresh os4-install backup. so looking around, everything was perfect as expected. so, i configured the internet and fired up the amiupdate without a issue or delay. it asked me if i wanted to update the amiupdate, i said no and canceled it, and also skipped the scan. i wanted to check and see if there was any font error in it's preferences.
so, i figured it just needed to reset the system and i did. when back on i started the updated amiupdate again and started as normal, so just as last time, i did not scan i wanted to see the settings was changed and this is what i got.
that thing with fonts? i'm just ignoring it, can live with it. but, if i one day need to edit more/different server on amiupdate then i forget about that, crash everytime.
it's why i wanted to fix it, incase it will give me problems later, like AmiStore.
still trying out things, another place i found font corruption is prefs/locale/country and the local name..mostly foregn stuff like arabic. funny thing i started up os4 boot cd, and it was present, in locale i mean.. not alot, but some few.
and tested many os4 themes, and all of them was there corruption exept one. Amiboings lightup_darkgray them.. was perfect, so i tested amiupdate after knowing that and was still the same.

i have downloaded many programs/utils/libs from os4dep and test things out. downloaded the newest os4-sdk too.. and installed it.
nothing are fixing it..
and i tried to get to early startup or just shell using ctrl button. im 100% sure whatever i do the x1000 is ignoring my requests there hehe.. not super important, but would love to have it so i can easyer finding out issues..

That's intentional. It shows the country's name in the Arabic script used in that country, even with right-to-left writing when they use that.
this one looks corrupt, AmigaOS uses IFF files as prefs, they are not backwards compatible, for example if some data is added into one of sections, IFF prefs files will assume the size of the section.
iff prefs files also lacks versioning and upgrades lack migration, I have recommended all prefs files to migrated to better file format many times, like for example JSON.

@LiveForIt well, my view of the locale preference is working fine now with this theme i use as i said earlyer, including arabic and others. works normal. but, before i used theme the arabic and many others had these names. in the section: prefs/locale preference/country-local name. even if this is intentional, same problem happens in amiupdate&dopus4. and probably many places i haven't seen yet.
