The third mouse button should 'just work' with the majority of USB mice.

AmigaOS has always had threebutoon mice LMB MMB and RMB even though ironically the class mice had only two buttons.

Not so many programs use it by default though. AWeb can be configured to use it for middle clicking on links.

Blender uses it big time.

What mouse do you have? How are you testing whether it works?

The mouse is a HP and the third button works with MorphOS, I want test my Videntium Picta zoom with the third button and not works, I though tthe problem is set the mouse options but I not find it.

Not sure what to suggest, there aren't normally settigs for third button as it should just work...

I've had an HP mouse that worked, but every model is different.

If you have MultiViewer then you should be able to test third button by loading a large image, setting the zoom to 1:1 and dragging with the middle mouse button.
