Ok, with this "self-signed" option checked, the error is gone.

But, the login site is broken, completely blue and only one arrow visible.
Also, amigans.net is now missing the Reply button on threads

@skateman

What setting to you use for spoofing?

:) and Telegram with Spotify not working ?:)

Don't disable javascript or everything everywhere will be broken. Fresh install to fresh dir no changes anywhere and then check one by one.

Missing reply and broken login page are 99.9999% because of disabled JS in your setup.

I'd say it's 50% disabled js and 50% not logged in

Anyway, my NAS is still not reachable due to it's login page being vompletely blue, no input fields

I will check later when i am at the X5K regarding the spoofing settings.

I have tested 3 Synology models. All work fine with the new Self Signed Cert settings.

I have my NAS on my home network with a distinguished address.

I believe it's not really the spoofing, maybe i have set up the NAS to be super secure, which Odyssey doesn't like.

Care to share your NAS security settings (https etc.)?

Aha cool :) At least a bit of improvements better than none at all :)

@All
Thanks all for contributing, testing, helping and all that stuff :) Granted that is not the latest WebKit core but still usable for many amiga needs.

And just you all need to remember: on all big-endian platforms (not only PPC but all of them), users have issues with browsers not working here and here. Does not matter if it is Linux or amigaos4 or Mac or morphos: damn "modern" programmers driven by big corporations and politics (can't believe I say so for real today) fucked up the whole web quickly and made everyone cry who around 35 years and more and who remember how the web was and how it can be even with modern stuff.

I assume soon or later we will end up with some "USB browser hardware dongles" which we will just use somehow from os4 or something of that sort as it happens with other technologies back in past.

Amiga and AmigaOS it's not about web browsing and that for sure :) We can do only little bits here and here to enjoy our OS of choice without all that damn bloated "memory protection" viruses and trojans and ads. Hope it will be continued to be like this for the next 10 or even 20 years :)

Thank You!
I spent the better part of a day testing the r5 version on various sites, including ones that don't really work and I can say that this version is much more stable on my X1000 than the beta07 version. This site with the snowflakes no longer crashes on me. In fact I've had very few crashes with this version.

Very usable. I'm even running piano lessons with videos with it. :)

3). Now on any video when you click on any part of the video, you will have in the right/bottom area gadget to expand the video: clicking on it will bring our accelerated media player back.

What were the dependancies for this "accelerated" video playback?
I get this gadget, but when i click on it only the video gets bigger (within the borders of Odyssey) but the cpu load is still at 100% and video is out of sync

Just compositing. On Radeon HD which you have all should be fine. it sounds likу you don't install both scripts properly: should be 2 of them and both new ones as explained in the readme: youtube.js and youtube fullscreen fix.js. A restart of Odyssey is needed it as well.

Hey, skate

If i understand correctly you were giving @kas1e outside access to your NAS for him to be able to fix that bug, correct?

Would it be possible to do the same and see if you can access my login page?

@all

Could any of you check https://www.hvsc.c64.org/ and tell me if it's still working?
I get a light grex screen and nothing else.
It worked last year, but it seems they changed something to the site

Thanks
