Yes, indeed -- It was my system! Here are some images:
I had awesome time over there and met so many great people, talked about Amiga mostly and just regular stuff. There were numerous systems and from the top of my head, ZX Spectrum +2, C64's, CPC 464, Coco, FPGA machines (MISTer), Amiga 500, Amiga 2000 amd AmigaOne X5000. I am sure there were more, but can't remember at the moment. Of course, as yuo can see from the 1st picture, I had issues setting up repeater which decided not to behave as I would like it. It was working perfectly at home when I tested it, but not on the show. A lot of people was interested in the X5000 and I was giving them quick tour, showing productivity tools, programs and games and everybody liked it. I am pretty sure if everything goes well, I will be visiting West Virginia and Boatfest next year as well.
Back to the topic, I was hoping to play Blastaway overthere, but it was impossible to concentrate, so I don't have anything to show. Still I have 2 more days to try!
Cheers!

Thank you! It was my first ever computer gathering! I was really ecstatic about the whole thing and it was even better than I expected! Now I wish there are more (Amiga only) gatherings like this.

Here is my updated high-score:
@saimo
I almost finished the game, lost 5 lives at the 8th level of The Control Rooms, the one which is totally open, resembles of the arena. Super tough!
Well played everyone! The scoreboard has now been updated and it is currently Levellord who is in the lead with a whopping 667,215 points! Still two days to go, so everything can happen.
@walkero
Welcome to the contest!
@levellord
Glad to hear you had a good time at Boatfest. Looked like a very nice event! I think the Amigos Podcast episode they recorded live there was super.
Lol, I was lucky that I am on vaca, kids and wife are in Europe so had a lot of time to enjoy myself and play Blastaway if not working around the house or visiting another state. That 8th level (The Control Rooms) was brutal and will have to replay it again, just to see how to survive. I was so close to beat the game!

I really hope for you that it was actually the 9th, because, if not, then you're in for a surprise :evilgrin: BTW, I did use "THE ARENA" layout for an area, but I can't remember which. It isn't the 8th or 9th, though.

....another update,I finished the game, but no enough score :( I can not belive that I did not get any extra scores for finishing game...
Congratulations on the achievement! Yeah, no extra score for that because finishing the game is just a matter a finishing all the areas one by one, without a "global quest"... But, now that I think of it, I might well add a bonus for who completes the game playing it from the very first arena! It's an idea for a future update (at the moment I'm too busy with another game).

Thanks for your unlimited support, but let's remember that there's a lot of people in the world who needs support more than me - so, if anyone feels like giving a reward for any of my games, instead of sending money my way, please do something for somebody who's victim of violence ;)
