As I advised to Hyperion Entertainment on my last message to them;Ben Hermans said to me to contact Amedia that they will sort me out and I don't agree with them.
I said to them that my copy is original (not old as they say) and buyed with my AmigaOne X5000 in 2017.And all I wanted is to register my AmigaOS 4.1 FE of my X5000 and they did no nothing still.
And now Ben Hermans point me to contact Amedia France for help.I already contacted them and they seem more helpful and resolutive than Hyperion. And even Hyperion could still be considered a good company with great games and the AmigaOS 4.1 FE on their site.
But this time they didn't help me on the registering of AmgaOS 4.1 or anything.
What can I do? Anyone has similar experiences with Hyperion?
I say this on friendly manner, without intention to hurt Hyperion or other people.
Cheers

Did you not get an OS4.2 registration number on your invoice or on OS4.1 DVD cover when you bought your system? You'll need that number to register it on Hyperion's site.
Hyperion was right to tell you that you must contact the dealer that sold you the X5000 as they would know the OS4.1 registration number for your specific system.

Well, as long no one else is using the code, it should not be a issue. normally codes like this has a check sum, to make sure no one miss types the code.
If the reseller is selling pirate copies, its not Hyperion’s problem, however if just old, I see no problem. Any why you should not e-mail code or show code to anyone.
On left side there is a login, if don’t have user account you most create one. but you should try password recovery just incase you forgot being logged in there.
Under “USER MENU” you find “product registration.” After you have logged in.
