I had a similar issue. Please forgive the following long story.
In 2019, I purchased Enhancer Software Special Edition V1.5.
Last week, I purchased Enhancer Software Release 2.2 and registered the serial number given to me. However, it registered as Enhancer Software Special Edition V1.5. This was a total surprise because it appeared that I now owned two copies of the same software. I did not attempt to download the new software.
I contacted
support@amigakit.com for help and they gave me a new serial number which did work properly and I was able to register Enhancer Software release 2.2 and download the correct software.
My purchases record shows 2 copies of v1.5 and 1 copy of v2.2.
The AmigaKit support was very good and immediate.
They helped me on what was Sunday afternoon in my timezone in Canada (late evening or night in Wales).
