I personally have an RX 570 which is also a Polaris 20 card, and it's working very well.

The drivers are designed for AmigaOS, not any specific motherboard. The X1000 has the disadvantage that the firmware can't initialize the card. That could cause trouble if a card's low-level initialization code does something that the ATOMBIOS code executed by the drivers does not.

P.S., Yes, setting INTERRUPT = NO will cause high CPU usage due to it busy-waiting for the vsync instead of using the interrupt.
