USB port fail during AmigaOS4.1 FÉ install on X5000

Hopefully someone can help me on this forum. I have just bought X5000 MBoard and while installation of MorphOS was flawless, I am having problems even to start installation of AOS4.1GE. Just shortly before initial screen of partition and installation options usb stack stops recognizing my keyboard and mouse. If I unplug and plug I see attachment failed message. Tried multiple combinations of common MS/Logitech mice/trackballs and keyboards with the same results. My dealer suggested to try PCI usb card and while I am waiting for it to arrive I wonder if anyone here has any helpful suggestions.

If this is the X5000/40 then the USB drivers on the install ISO does not work.

Solution is to create a custom ISO or USBBoot drive replacing ehci.usbhcd with the version from the AmigaOS 4.1FE update2 archive or the mouse and keyboard wont work.

Thank you very much! Modified iso and now usb ports are alive! Working on installation now. Wish me luck.

Took me a day and a half to work this one out by myself
when I got my X5000/40 motherboard .
As mine was a replacement/upgrade deal it was just the bare board
and no emergency boot media .
