Is there an AOS4.1 release date by any chance? I would love to get my hands on native and recently released word processing program for Amiga. If I remember correctly, last update was about spell checking, some time ago.

But still looks ”wrong”.. Very outdated GUI..
Although this looks much better than the older screenshots from AROS, with the
IMHO, terrible looking GUI..
I do think OS4 has the most beautiful and easy to use GUI.. Looks like a professional
has done it. MUI GUI can be configured yes, but most screenshots I’ve seen are full
of colors and different GUI elements that makes it harder to use.

Is there any plan for adding native GUI elements for sliders, buttons and window
Frame etc..?
Or is this project still in the bug fixing phase?

I still prefer that kind of GUI than MUI one...

technically it is a mui app now and it will be such due to compatibility with all platforms.

that was only the second pic of it running on AOS4. only a week ago it would close right after choosing the screenmode.

Thanks for keeping us updated on progress of Final Writer.

I have been using Final Writer 97 for many years on my AmigaOS4 system.

If it is possible to use the scroll wheel on my mouse with the new version,
I will be very happy. Otherwise, I like the existing Final Writer GUI.

Since I have many apps that use MUI, I am not concerned about MUI or ReAction window wrapper.
I currently use Final Writer 97 on its own screen anyway.
