flowerpot, amiga os4 and network drivers

Hi, i have installed amikit and flowerpot on my new lenovo notebook. Everything was fine but i cannot setup a working network configuration. My laptop has no ethernet port just wifi. Under windows no problem, i can browse the web but under os4, what i have to do to make it work? Do i need some driver?

As much as I know, flowerpot is using WinUAE to run AmigaOS 4. So, your system doesn't need to have ethernet. This is emulated.
Did you set up network connection inside AmigaOS4? There is a wizard to do so.

i tried the wizard and also tried to setup custom values but without luck. I am curios if someone else has a laptop without ethernet port if it works.. for the moment i'll take an usb ethernet adapter and see if it works..

You can safely use RTL 8029 PCI works perfectly
look at the settings.

which is already included in the cd ( RTL 8029 PCI )
ethernet.device does not allow you to have a real external IP

you don't need to spend money on an adapter






to get an external IP download NPCAP:
https://npcap.com/#download
(this will allow you to use Firefox through AmiCygnix for example.) "SSH"

and look at the settings for the external IP
