Send me a PM or an e-mail.

As soon as i have time i will check.

We have to check if these games are working on Windows / Linux version of dosbox or if the problem is Amiga version only

In the context of your declaration on AmigaWorld, can you still count on release?
I'm very waiting for this emulator ...

Hello...the last few days I have been working with DosBox 0.74 (Os4Depot) and it works very well when I run games under DOS.

However, when I run Win3.1 with the driver S3 Trio64 and the CPU set to Dynamic there are problems. (big-endian).

Is DOSBox-X still being worked on? It would be fantastic if someone could resume this work and yes I would be willing to donate.

Current port of DOSBox works fine for Windows 3.11 software and speed is good on AmigaOne X5000.

I even managed to install the sound drivers for Windows and they worked. Here is a video of the process:

Current dosbox on os4depot is probably the best we can get. I include there not only bigendian fixes and ppc-jit from Jmarsh (the coder who did them initialy for wii consoles which also ppc), but also some os4 only bits, and i even include fixes for cd-audio from dosbox-staging fork (correct work of cdaudio player in dos navigator and in some games). I.e. original dosbox still have bugs in that terms, while our version not.

At this point when i work on dosbox, dosbox-staging fork offer nothing radical and new, mostly cosmetic of all sort, but still, they include ppc fixes too. But still, nothing ground breaking which ask for port.

Then, dosbox-x was another fork, which author start change things heavy and ditch ppc support (i.e. big enfian) fast enough. All my reports were meet with unwill to spend time on, so.. fighting with it isnt tasty thing. Probably its the same today. And while dosbox-x positions like one to run win95 and co, ppc kind of out and needs lot of work which probably will not included in repo.

Thanks for the great video about DosBox under AmigaOs4.1

I was also able to successfully install graphics cards and Windows sound drivers under Dos for WinDows, but for some reason that I have not yet understood, there are problems when I install Win3.11.

Win3.11 starts normally via DosBox, but when I set Core to “Dynamic” there are graphical artifacts. This problem is known (Big Endian). Setting Core to “normal” helps here, but under Win3.11 the system icons are missing despite trying to reinstall Win3.11 several times in different English/German versions. So I'm a bit at a loss...

There are several installation instructions on the Internet that explain exactly how to install Win3.1 and win3.11 under DosBox and I have followed these instructions to the letter.

Just saw that you ported DosBox Thanks for clarifying that again. Win95 under DosBox would have been nice, but well we can't have everything. Nevertheless great work DosBox feels very fast.
