Ive got an Infitiv tower which I dont want to use the bus
board on, so whats the best way of powering the miggy
inside.

from what I can remember with my a1200 eyetech tower. you could just use the floppy drive power connector on the motherboard with a floppy connector from the psu.
However I did find that if the load is too great it tended to get rather warm. I would reccommend you cut the original A1200 psu connector lead so that you can plug in into the motherboard and connect the five wires to the tower PSU wiring. You will also have to short out 2 wires on the tower psu power supply to enable the psu to fire up when you switch the miggy on. This second solution means that all the circuits on th A1200 get powered correctly. Unfortunately I have passed on my A1200 and all the associated paperwork but others may be able to give more detail.
