A4000 + OS4 install issue

I must be one of the unluckiest OS4 Classic owners, lol

First I have issues on my A1200T/Mediator + OS4 and now I can't install it on my A4000T (Escom) + CSPPC, Cybervision 64
I get to the stage when I get some flashing colours then after some secs the cd-rom stops loading and I'm left with a black screen and silence
I got a tip at aworld.net that it could be my Grex flashed CSPPC that was causing it so I reflashed it with Phase 5 latest CSPPC flash but no luck :P

The rest of the hardware inside my A4000T is:

-Tocatta
-Ariadne
-Z3 Fastlane

Anyone got any ideas? I don't even know how to see what fails since I can't see any output even when I have my scandoubler/flickerfxer connected to the Cybervision's pasthru

When you can see the OS4 bootmenu when pressing
both mouse buttons, you can try if disabling the partitions
on the Fastlane (driver names z3scsi or similar) works around the problem. When you cant enter the OS4 bootmenu, remove the Fastlane and try again.

I don't have any drives hooked up to the fastlane

I just got a drive hooked up to the A4000T built in SCSI connector and one drive + cd-rom to my CSPPC SCSI
