@lazi
It just sits trying to connect to site.
Gives me a Grim reaper, and I tell it to ignore DSI.
Opens up, and starting 1-10 trys to connect to the web site, and then tells me there are no uodates.
What is this thread supposed to be about.

Rigo made some changes recently that broke self updating in the REALLY old versions you lot are obviously using. Trundle over to
AmiUpdate and update manually.
Amiga user since 1985 AOS4, A-EON, IBrowse & Alinea Betatester Ps. I hate the new amigans website. <shudder>

Excuse me for this electronic littering...

@bamiga2002 Well, that's normal, MUI is installed on your machine anyway, regardless of having Tunenet installed. Yam, Wookiechat, Simplemail, Jabberwocky etc all use MUI.

@lazi Ok, now a TuneNet update is showing up in AmiUpdate even though it's the same version as what I've already got installed. The same with Ranger and Diskimage_Device.

May i hijack this thread Maybe i find someone who has (or had) similar problems Anyone got a "broken" checkmark button (cut in half from the little picture next to it) when first opening the AU window after an update is found? It's no biggie and it certainly don't degrade AU in any way (well, in a small way for me) but it's annyoing (at least becasue i can't find out WHY its happening) I got back to default GUI (no bells and whistles) and it changed nothing Any ideas, thoughts, help? Thanks a lot and sorry for hijacking

o Hopefully the "checkmark" bug is finally fixed. (Hubert Maier bug#7)
o Redesigned the SERVER tooltype system, no documented changes needed
