I have installed and copied to Fonts: the core fonts but i cannot install the cyberbit.zip font.. i don't understand how can i install it.. with typemanager it didn't show the cyberbit.zip in the requester so i cannot install them..
Where should they copied to ? in fonts: ?
I tried to run owb and i get no allert request but i have the problem that i cannot see all the text in the site like amigans.net or iksnet.it.. i see only the text inside a news but not the text in the title thread.. is this caused to cyberbit.zip that is not installed ?

Unpack the ZIP archive, for example with UnArc, and install the .TTF file in it with TypeManager.

No. Did you unpack the CAB archives (.exe) from sourceforge.net and copy the .TTF files to FONTS:_TrueType?
How does one do that, i don't work with TypeManager that often
After installing the fonts select each one for which you have more than one of the same family, for example Arial, Arial Bold, Arial Italic and Arial Bold Italic are one font family, use change, tab 3 files, add the other family fonts and save the changes (the english text in the gadgets may be different, I'm using the german locale and didn't check the english texts).

It probably wasn't related to the fonts and the crashes you get. Please try if this executable crashes for you as well, I changed some of the font parameters and added more output if something can't be found. You have to start it from a shell to get the output.
I have now downloaded 1.11, but still have lockups.
The first page on a site seems fine. When I click on links to pages within a site, OWB attempts to load the page. At some point during the load the bar sticks. If I click on the browser, everything locks up, no error messages.
]Try if removing Arial, etc. (but not the DejaVu fonts) helps, unless you used the .otag files from my corefonts.lha. It doesn't need any fonts except for the DejaVu fonts included in OS4, but there seem to be problems with wrongly installed fonts.
I found the problem was the corefonts had not been installed. Though I had extracted them previously I had not then copied them to fonts: !
Version 1.9 did not seem to worry about them being missing so it was only when running v1.10 that I realised they had not been copied.
Copying the core fonts properly did the trick, no more crashes with v1.10, I have not had chance to try the newer versions yet.
Requirements: - Complete installation of the current version of AmigaOS4, especially the shared objects in SOBJS: (SYS:SObjs, libc.so, libgcc.so, libpthread.so, libstdc++.so, etc.) and all included DejaVu fonts in FONTS:. - libSDL-1.2.so, libicuuc-3.4.so and libicudata-3.4.so have to be installed in SOBJS:. - For SSL (https://) S/curl-ca-bundle.crt from this archive has to be copied to S:, and RANDOM: has to be mounted (move it from SYS:Storage/DOSDrivers to DEVS:DOSDrivers). The other files mentioned in Andrea's readme below aren't required anymore.
Optional, but recomended: - .otag files for the core fonts if you don't have the core fonts installed already, or if your installation isn't complete (the families have to be set correctly): http://strohmayer.org/sfs/files/corefonts.lha Please note that I created them without changing any settings, except for adding the families. If you want to use them in other software as well which uses diskfont.library/graphics.library instead of the font engine directly, i.e. nearly all AmigaOS software, you probably have to change some settings or the'll look ugly. - Bitstream Cyberbit (Cyberbit.ZIP, unpack it and install it with TypeManager), if you don't have another (nearly) complete font: ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/extras/fonts/windows/
