Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I've been trying to understand why the stream-amplifier arexx-script from OS4depot had stopped working. When called from IBrowse it made a copy of the IBrowse folder in a new folder named .pls in the IBrowse directory.
I replaced RX with the one from pre3, and hey presto, it worked again!

Thanks for the suggtestion. I replaced the UD4 version with the UD3 RX command. But that didn't help with my problem.

I thought I would use this thread to sort out another problem with Aweb that I have, that involves downloading.

I have the above 'download.php' problem when downloading from OS4Depot, but I thought it was just a problem with php scripting, but it is good to know this will be fixed in the next release.

The problem I have is downloading .lha, or .pdf files from other sites using Aweb.
I save them to ram: for convenience, but they are always shown as a default too icon regardless of the type of file it is.
If I then use DOpus to remove the default icon, and re-open Ram: it is displayed using the correct icon.

I have only been using an Amiga online for a short time, so is this a problem with OS4 or with Aweb, and are they any settings in AWeb/OS4 I can set to correct this.

Thanks for any help.

The AWeb setting you are looking for is Settings -> Program settings... -> Options -> Create icons

This icon problem worth being mentionned to Andy because creating a correct system default icon is almost equally simple to code than creating a fixed one
