Looking for Photogenics 5.0

I've got Photogenics 4.1 and it works well in OS 4.1, but I was wondering about Photogenics 5.0:

1) Does anyone know where I can upgrade from Photogenics 4.1 to 5.0?
2) Does anyone know how Photogenics 5.0 works with OS 4.1?

Andrew, just slightly off topic, but I want to change the colors in my Avatar. Did you use Photogenics?

Hi Peter, Yes I did
98% of my Photo re touching is done with it,only drawback is there is no Cropping tool so that's down to ImageFX.

I bought it at the link AJS posted. It's a Download and you get it immediately with a credit card. Only downside is the HTML docs which refer you to the "manual" in a number of cases. I'm new to image processing and it's taking a lot of trial-and-error to figure out how to do some things with Photogenics. Wish I had the book
P.S. Photogenics5 opens a WorkBench cloned screen on it's own and looks really nice with OS 4.1.

Are you using the "Help" files/introduction? or the tutorials eg Ball tutorial or fireeye tutorial
If your starting out try the Ball Tutorial.

other than that play about with it, try the experiment mode ( light bulb next to paint mode selector)

Use your original avatar, then under retouch, choose "colourise"and have a play
it won't work on dark colours

Is photogenics good? Thinking of byuing this one(when i get some spare cash!),the price is very nice too.

Yes, there is : it is the small outline square, the third on the left of the "fix" button.

You draw your rectangle on the image, then click on "crop" in the toolbox left of the window

Cheers for that !!! all the time I've used Photogenics
On Amiga, windows and Pocket PC I have never noticed that. Now that you've mentioned that I'll start using it Woo Hoo
I think I always expected it to be in one of the drop down Menus
