Wanted Ctorrent Betatester[V2.3 out]

Sorry. You seemm you don't understand what I mean.
I was talking about selecting files in ONE torrent.

For example, imagine you want to download a free amp3 album but you only want the first and the third songs.

In Shell mode, you can do that with the option -n.

-n 1,3-5 : download file 1 and 3 to 5.

-n 2,5 : ------------- 2 and 5.


Voil?, That's why I asked for.

Need feedback of the layout. Are the ul/dl ok or would it be better with a slider or maybe just a string gadget?

Is it possible to select which files in a multi file archive that should be downloaded?

Is it possible to set the maximum number of upload and download connections per active torrent?

I agree, the pause button is too big.

Personally, I prefer sliders AND string gadget.
It depends on my humour.

Also, you should put the arrows together.
I don't like to move my pointer from one to an another arrow when I choose the values.

You can choose which files you can download in the cli verison. But i have not added this in the gui version yet.

Doesn't seem like there will be a new version out before christmas. I still have a problem regarding the gui. And i' making some changes to the prefs part of the program. Not sure when this will be ready.

Sorry for late answer. But had lost inspiration on ctorrent. But have installed the latest sdk today and started from scratch again. Allready fixed couple of things that didnt work with the other layout i had. So looks promising for now But don't hold your breath just yet.

Hmm, who uploaded a "beta" version of ctorrent to my server? ;)

After the release of the new sdk i have gained a bit motivation again to continue the work on ctorrent.
I've decided to change the layout of the prefs page,but not sure how yet. Not sure when that will be done. And i'd like to get bigfile support but seems that it will have to involve a bit of rewriting and that may take a bit of time. The most important thing is to fix the dsi and fix the errors i've had on the gui part.

Just uploaded version 2 on the depot(still in upload section).

Rather big update.

*Reworked the layout, with tabs for main,prefs(not in use yet) and stats(download statistics).
*Finally fixed the DSI after selecting .torrent file(about time yes ;) ).
*Have fixed the drag'n'drop issue.
*Added total download and upload statistics(not part of the original ctorrent).
*I have added horizontal resize of window so you can see text outside of the window.

Thanks for this update. Your gui is better.

No more DSI error, good.
I have an error with some torrent file those with files > 2Gb.
Ctorrent tells that they are not accurate.
With snoopdos, I see that seems to be an error with the seek command.

Did you use 64 bits function ?

New remark.
For one torrent, one file is created with bad size.
The filesize is only 60 Kb.
