They make them brand new. But you won't like the price.
Bought my second one last year, I believe.
Seems to work. I ran memtester and it produced some incomprehensible output, so I don't know.
I had 1 gig for about 2.5 years, and the full 2, about 1.5 years and with 2, I've had an uptime of 32 days (using AOS4 prerelease 4).
Support Amiga Fantasy cases!!! How to program: 1. Start with lots and lots of 0's. 10. Add 1's, liberally. "Details for OS 5 will be made public in the fourth quarter of 2007, ..." - Bill McEwen Whoah!!! He spoke, a bit late.

Have you mentally send him the information or am i just too blind to see a link or even a company's name?
@rwo
MemoryTen Although i never bought from them ... take a look in my extra info to see what i've got in my XE. Can't put any more than 512MB in, cause the system chokes... :-/
I didn't include link, didn't think he'd pay how much I did.

Yeah, it's funny as the price from TMTisFree's link is nearly doubled from MemoryTen ... must be the company's name which ups the price
@TMTisFree
I had the exact same model for a few hours. As i was not able to make my AOne boot with it in place i sent it back. I had one opportunity to reach UBoot, there i limited RAM to 512MB and everything worked fine again (but no point in having a 1Gig stick without being able to use it) ... my miggy can't handle 1GB

Hi Raziel, Always have to wonder, but I suppose usually, a "name" stands behind their product. "Name"="Reliability"

That's strange. I'm sure you know what you were doing but feel compelled to ask. Did the ram have the proper amount of ICs (36)? Were they mounted on both sides of the PCB? My ICs were stacked with no gap, it looked like there was only 1x9 ICs on both sides.
Anyhow, I paid very close to $400 Canadian per Gig. I'm very happy that I bought it.

It wasn't much of a risk as i got the exact same one TMTisFree is using, but as i said, mine refused to work beyond 512MB.
No problem either as i just sent it back and got a refund
btw, i just plugged in my second 512MB module and (as it was before) it's working in UBoot and WB. It boots up fine, but as soon as i start something big, like compiling a big project which goes over the 512MB border i get random crashes on changing programs.
@TMTisFree
You don't seem to have had any problems whatsoever with your 1GB, haven't you? Do you compile? Have you done something very RAM demanding yet? I'd like to maybe figure out if it's my hardware or simply a fault RAM module...

I have 2 GB (2x1GB) and the machine is running mostly stable. Some DSI (ARexx, AmIRC) now and then. But honestly I have not switched on my machine since a while.

No, just ARexx. I used compressed TIFF ou JPEG (10->200 MB) images to fill the memory but the system kept reporting insuffisant memory even if about 25% is free...

That's why when I bought memory, I always takes 2 modules. Faulty memory is something usual.
Bye, TMTisFree

I was looking at the MemoryTen page and was happy to see the listing for the AmigaOneXE. But they list the XE chipset as being intel.
Machine name: AmigaOne XE CPU options: AmigaOne XE Chipset: Mobile Intel 915GM HD Bus: ATA Front Side Bus options: Memory Speed options: Supports PC-133 Reg. ECC Memory Special notes: Support upto 2GB with 2 memory Slot
Is this a typo or is there an intel memory controller?
Hmmm... Maybe it's a protocol or something, like Soundblaster. you could get a card not using the Soundblaster chipset but following the protocol, and thus working with Soundblaster drivers...
