What is the "must have" software for OS4.x?

I mostly mean the libraries or any other components that are required to be installed in order to run other utilities.

Heh heh - in the centre!

The Central Europe refers to geographical location, not the political one. As I don't stay in one country only (I mostly switch between Czech Republic and Slovakia), hence I chose the "central" term.
