God! It seems longer!

Well, its nice to see we are still growing, but most importantly, the community seems to be growing again albeit mainly from the 68k to the PPC processors.

What we need now is some really cheap hardware to tempt those that left, to come back. Hopefully the Flex board (if it happens) will be a step in the right direction.

YES!

I believe the ONLY thing holding Amiga proliferation back is, A) Low price, B) Reasonable speed HW (min. 1.7 GHz G4* w Altivec) and, throw in an Amiga Fantasy case (not similar, but the same as the CG image rendered by Marko Hirv), and people would be falling all over themselves to get it!!!!!


* Make it dual core, and we'd be MOBBED!!!!

Do you really expect a 1.7GHz G4 motherboard that is cheaper than a Sam440?!? Or for that matter, a motherboard with same performance as Sam440, but significantly cheaper?
