Amigans bug thread

Post website problems here.

I have a PM from SLayeRDK telling me the polls aren't working. (although on the plus side, the PMs must be working ok!)

Also, I have "waiting contents" on my sidebar which I don't have permission to access (as expected), but if I try then the redirect goes into an infinite loop of inaccessibility.

edit: Hmm, PMs might technically be working, but they don't work on AWeb. I think the link needs de-JavaScripting - if I get a couple of minutes I'll fix it.

I can't start new topics either - is this intentional?

...and the clock on the server is wrong - it says I have posted this at 3:30am, whilst it is "only" 1:30am (can't sleep, I have fixed the AWeb PM issue though)

Yeah, I noticed No button for new topics. probably intentional atm ?

got a pm but I cant reply to it in aweb.

Clicking the reply button doesn't seem to do anything.

Doesn't work on the dev site either, it's due to the dodgy defualt JavaScripting. I have a better hyperlinking method for pop-ups which does work on AWeb. When I sort out the template for the PMs I'll make a point of fixing the links (for now you can just send a new PM and copy'n'paste the text in - not ideal, but it works)

2.> Possibilities to attach 1MB files to posts... Isn't it a bit risky even with the limited type ?

Also as mentioned, I have "You cannot start a new topic"... Well That is certainly the best way to avoid "useless topics" I guess...

Do you plan to let members choose their own color scheme (a bit like AW) ?

btw, AFAIK the avatars are working... I just assumed everybody was too lazy to add one. It's working on the test site, so should work here, but I'm too lazy to test it atm.

If I click on "posts" on the main page, I get the delete button on my own posts. I've checked and it doesn't work, but it shouldn't be showing up if I don't have the permissions to do this.

When clicking on Comments, I get a message saying that I'm not authorised... Then it goes back to the Home page.
When clicking on the "Submitted News", I get the same message, and it keep refreshing the page until I click on the "back" button of my browser...
