Problems with CygnixPPC/XGeek
Just popping in

See User information
A couple of issues and one answer.

Issue #1:

Screen font corruption when using x-server X/Geek with debian/x86 box. Exported displays showed corrupt fonts on anything from KDE ( konsole, konqueror ).

Answer: Don't use 32/24bpp screenmode with X/Geek ( see startup file in s: ). Now works fine.

Issue #2:

Terrible slowdown with XGeek. This I can't resolve. It used to be on the higher depth screenmode the performance was just dreadful. Now on the lower depth screenmode ( 16/8 bpp ) it just slows down after a lot of use.

The court case is like a thunderstorm after a long humid summer.
