Adding compiler paths
Just popping in
Just popping in

See User information
Hi All,

due to the documentation it should be possible to add the Compiler Paths which in turn are included into the build process.

Unfortunately Codebench 0.8 does not allow any changes within the Compiler's settings window at all!

Is this due to the SE-Version? I could not read anything about this within the documentation.

Since I'm not firm to make I'm not sure how to set a couple of paths behing the INCPATH variable correctly!

Also stressing Google for things like gcc make INCPATH or make INCPATH did not lead to any usable result!

If somebody could help here it would be more than appreciated!

Many thanks in advance!

Best Regards

@Reth
in the "build" tab, turn on "Create build script".
You should now be able to modify the "compiler" tab content and the "linker" one too.

All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

As freddix mentioned, changes such as these affect the makefile, which in turn are only available when you let CodeBench create one for you. If you have this functionality turned off, these options are not available, and instead you should edit the makefile directly.
