Yes, that's what he means, unless you're in the embedded market and want boards for some embedded project in which case you'd get it direct from ACube and not from Amiga dealers.
@amigakit While I was initially surprised & disappointed that we now have to buy one copy of OS4 per Sam board, I guess it makes sense:
If someone buys multiple Sams, and then installs one copy of OS4 on all them, then they are cheating Hyperion (surely there is (or should be) some kind of "one installation per license" restriction, like we get with Windows).

If you read the EULA, you will see that it specifically states that the licence is only for ONE machine. You can make a backup copy for your own use, but you cannot install it on more than one computer at any one time.

Hi ChrisH,
No offense toward you, or anyone else (please don't be offended), but I've spent over 5 years ranting and tirading over this point. You must have missed every one of those posts (and threads even), I guess.
No one is excluded from the "one computer, one copy of AOS4.x purchased" policy is my motto.
After all, what if someone buys 3 Sams (say, Slayer perhaps???) then only buys ONE copy of AOS4.x (NOT Slayer!), then sells them off say 2 years from now, and buys 2 1.4 GH SamXYZ and only one copy of AOS4.5, .... how is this fair? Please realize Hyperion deserve CREDIT for their output.
ms-soft has ALL the marbles, you can't deny Hyperion Entertainment anything.
I know that you are a developer ChrisH, maybe if you bought 4 Sams, Hyperion could personally give you some discount (it's not my place to say, and I am not for or against it, none of my business), but like, I hope you don't expect to get one because you are.
NO OFFENSE MEANT!
Support Amiga Fantasy cases!!! How to program: 1. Start with lots and lots of 0's. 10. Add 1's, liberally. "Details for OS 5 will be made public in the fourth quarter of 2007, ..." - Bill McEwen Whoah!!! He spoke, a bit late.
That isn't a bad analogy there, I can assure you that I would never sell any of my SAMs, like the classic Amiga, it's unlikely youd ever get your money back and who cares about room
And you're right, I won't be stopping at 2 SAMs
Each SAM MB I get will get a brand new Matrix Thermaltake and will be kept in a nice dry place protected from dust etc... I'll only be using the latest fastest one for development etc, the others are backup hardware...
Each needs its own Tower Case because I don't want to start swapping out MBs etc, easy to uncllip a HD or two and the DVDRW though... These cases are great for this...
