LOL. Looks a bit biased to me - if I could be arsed, I'd create a page of screenshots where pages look better in IBrowse than AWeb

I think it has not been a good idea to release IB2.4 to the people

Totally agree. Works absolutely fine here. Where do people get off being such detractors, always looking for something to moan about rather than being grateful. It is really annoying.

Personally, I'm having an amazing success rate with 2.4 -- javascript hasn't been broken anywhere I've tried and things just generally work better (plus, it's faster).

Did you go out looking for sites that would make IB look bad? Seems like you could pretty much do that with *any* browser -- what's the point?

If you don't want to use it, then don't.

I have got one problem so far.

I used a previous pref settings and now if i try to add another fastlink it crashes.
I can add fastlinks by drag and drop.

This is on my 1200/ppc/grex/voodoo.

OK
I had a nasty meltdown but my MUI prefs survived not my general.
Who cares, still exploring.

Hi,

musst REALY say .. IB2.4 is a BIG step in the right direction !!!
I use only the Demo [I would have bought it, if IB2.4 work
with my router web-config {he does not do},although I wanted to buy only again one
if he does CSS -have in the old days bought AWeb]

It is VERY FAST [060/66-CV64] !
It is VERY small and resorce carefull !!
It is in the spirit of AMIGA !!!

Look forward to V3.0 ;)

[PS.: the mail site from an Girlfriend {www.post.sk} dont work
with IB2.4 too - with AWeb 3.5.08 it works {Javascript problem IMHO} ]

I'm having a great time with IB2.4 as well. It's fast, it's stable, it's got some nifty new features & it's released. Wonderful stuff!

Has anyone tried eBay out. Those 'Long Java Scripts' fly through in a flash now. Thanks again to all the IB team & testers.

Well done to the thread starter, you've managed to start a thread full of people that are very happy with IB2.4. I hope you find the same good results we have too.

FuZion.

Hi,

@sicky:

;)

Yes it looks strong [typical CSS :P ]
The login dont work.
It loads the "wait time" site and then ...

On AWeb it loads the account screen..
On IB2.3/2.4 it`s doing simple nothing more ... :(

But thanks for the Try :)

[or musst change anything in IB to work ?]

On my router [Telecom SpeedPort W501V WLan] only
the startsite is [partialy] loaded, it says my browser
is not supported and Javascript is disabled ...

[all the same which I adjust in spoofing]
