Some of you will probably know that a bug fix / PThread-less release of TuneNet was in the works and due for release. Well although most of the work has been completed I've still some issues I need to resolve. So given the long period of absence from me in the past on these forums, I just wanted to let those who are waiting know that it's still in the works and will be released as soon as possible.
Mid next week is the earliest I'm going to be able to get back on my Amiga, so I'll post an update here at the end of next week with another update.
Cheers, Bean.
P.S. I'll also take a look at the shuffle play that many of you have mentioned is broken.

While you're here... when I run TuneNet in SkinFX but minimised mode recently, I find it crashes (and takes out AmiDock and maybe WB with it) when the playlist finishes. You might want to quickly check that before you do a release, in all probability it's either just me, or fixed already.
Will do! Lots of code has changed since the last release, especially all the internal task management routines, which I hope will make a difference to stability (and hopefully not for the worse either )
* Works. It was broken beyond belief! Thanks to all who reported it. * The shuffle state (on/off) is saved if running in GUI mode and will be recalled for the next time you boot into GUI mode. * The Next and Previous buttons will cycle forwards amd backwards through the shuffled tracks. * If new tunes / playlists are added then a reshuffle takes place immediately.
Is there anything else people want from the shuffle mode?
