Downloading from upload queue

It is now possible to download files directly from the upload queue.

Downloading from the queue is done at your own risk though, since the files has not yet been screened by the OS4Depot staff.

The download feature was added so that files that get stuck in the queue waiting for an email from the uploader can be accessed before being approved.
