Hi all! Recently a newer, bugfixed CMI8738 driver for SAM has been released... but i can't find it on OS4Depot... can you post here the link to the news or download? AmiUpdate continue to update my driver but i think it is the old one since i have still the problems which this versione should fix.

Thanks

The CMI8738 is for the A1, think you want the CS4281 driver for the SAM. Search OS4 Depot for it, as its fairly new.

Look, only one leg, count em, one!

And a couple of minutes ago I uploaded version 5.5 of the CS4281 SAM AHI driver.

Note that I don't do anything with AmiUpdate!

Funnily enough, V5.5 has just been uploaded to os4depot by DaveAE.

Edit: @DaveAE, you beat me to it :) I have added it to the AmiUpdate database, although it is still in the upload queue currently.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for all the hard work you have put into making the AHI audio driver as good as you can.

I have just spent the afternoon listening to mp3 using Amigaamp and the OS4 decoder module while creating lha archives of my old A1200HD for backup purposes without getting a single audio cut out, before you started working on the driver I would have got allot of small interruptions to the audio while creating lha archives of hole partitions.
