Are US post rates for real?

Every quote I have ever seen for UPS seems absolutely over the top. For instance someone selling AOS4.1 in the US for $155US or roughly $185 Australian Dollars will send it to you via UPS for an additional $101 US dollars. For frick sake get real. I know UPS is not the US Postal Service (USPS, the official post service) so it is obviously a blatant "backhander' situation.

My advice is do not buy from such providers, at the very least they should offer is normal US Postal rates. Look at other providers in the UK or Europe who offer much better value. Terra Soft (YDL) are also very guilty of this practice.
