Simutrans

A few weeks ago I was able to compile Simutrans 102.2, it was actually almost as simple as typing 'make'. However the new 102.2.1 already has changes that I probably won't be able to adapt (=porting).

I also managed a build that plays the MIDI music but I wanted to use shared objects so I didn't release that one (and it slows the game down).

Post your porting problems here...someone might be able to help

Is the MIDI played through emulation (that would explain the slowdown) or are the notes send to a device (preferrably CAMD)?
If the latter is the case i would really like to test it as i need something new to feed to the MT-32
