Dual-core PowerISA™ v2.04+ CPU? Explain please :) Is there any other PPC out there that we can compare with(not in speed or anything, but uses aprox the same ISA)?
Didn't Andrew Korn work on CU Amiga at one time? At one time he was editor of an Amiga magazine but it was short lived because the Amiga market had shrunk so much that the magazine was changed to a more general technology magazine.

He was with CU and then AmigActive which went for a couple of years, then for some reason became Digital Magazine and then flopped. No one was that particularly interested in Digital magazine without the specific Amiga interest.
I still have all my copies of AmigActive somewhere

Hi there! If I get an offer good enough, yes. But I'm not that sure anymore if I really want to sell it. Because it's working very well, of course I would like to have some more Mhz when it come to number crunching, but otherwise there is nothing wrong with Sam. And it runs OS4, so I might actually keep it...

Yes, this is one of the reasons why I might keep my Sam, I want to see the new update(s), keep coding and other things. And yesterday I bought HW 4.5 so why would I sell it now? *confused*

Bulls eye! That's the main reason why I've put it on sale. I have limited space with all these computers at home.
The "Trick-or-Treat" display that unfolded over the past few days to tell all of us what they have developed was absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!
100/100
On every level, it was entertaining, thought provoking, and nerve biting, and is only marred by the sad knowledge that there wasn't a much wider audience to eXPerience it.
I enjoyed reading the banter, frustration and interrogativity of the members at large.
Additionally, it brought people out of the woodwork.... really, I mean, it's a record amount of lurkers, and new faces posting*,.... Proves to me what I've always said, that Amiga is a simmering pot ready to explode, we simply need the proper HW to get these people flocking in!
I'd like to close with, they treated us Royally!!!!!
Thank you so much!
Your's Sincerely Thierry Predavec
* Check out some of the posters' low post counts!!!!
Support Amiga Fantasy cases!!! How to program: 1. Start with lots and lots of 0's. 10. Add 1's, liberally. "Details for OS 5 will be made public in the fourth quarter of 2007, ..." - Bill McEwen Whoah!!! He spoke, a bit late.
ahh good to know..thanks ..I remember you bought your Samflex the same time I got mine..I'm loving mine too but need Update 1 as my USB acts up occasionally now....hopefully we get it soon

Thats it BillE!!!! I remember looking at Amiga Active and thought it was a good magazine. If I remember correctly, Amiga Active was launched in anticipation the market would start to expand again due to new hardware being announced.
