OS3.9 woes

Hi All,

I had a small problem the other night and something overwrote some blocks on my OS3.9 system partition. After searching for a boot floppy I've managed to get the system back to a working state except:

The size of the bottom border on my WB windows has changed, it used to be the same size as the side ones, now it's smaller.

I'm sure I've lost the most up to date version of setpatch, and I can't remember where they are kept.

Anyone got suggestions on how I can my system back to normal?
