with all the excitement (well deserved) over the arrival of the new high end X1000, I was wondering when we can start seeing some cool upgrades/ add-ons to our beloved Sam??
Their potential has yet to be tapped and I'm sure companies like Indivision will be bringin out some cool stuff for them..my soldering iron is waiting

If you can make some that be cool,

if not the Sam460 looks like nice upgrade path.

Wondering what happend to the planned SAM I/O Extender:

http://www.vesalia.de/d_sam440ioexp.htm

latest news I have from ACube a while ago is: "on hold"

There is a guy on "Amiga-News.de", also active on AW called ZeroG, he tries to figure out how to connect the pins:

If he did, someone might be able to produce a small badge of those boards... I would buy one and maybe fund a bit.

As far as I know. ACube has not released any developer documentation for the FPGA. And IIRC, it can not be re-programmed on board.
(And... IIRC, ACube has said that the FPGA is irrelevant to Amigans??? I wish they then make cost reduced version without any unusable chips.)

Some things that might be possible (if ACube delivers the needed info):
