Mouse Port 2 Dongle Support possible on Sam440Flex??

As the description states, Is this at all possible?

I have X-Cad Designer and X-Cad 2000. Both of which require me to use the Hardware Dongle in Mouse Port 2.

I really want to start using this S/W on my Sam.

Well, a Catweasel PCI has a mouseport, but it's not guaranteed to work at all for a dongle. The software could be hardware bashing to read the dongle, and this simply won't work on a Sam. I know it's a long shot, but if the original developers are still around, maybe they could release an un-dongled version of the executable? Unfortunately it's a case where a cracked version might be useful...

It should be fairly simple to crack with a binary text editor. It's only 68K code, which is easy to read. You're just looking for references to 0xbfe(something).
As long as you don't give the cracked result to anyone else, there can be no legal comeback.

Yeah, I'm not sure about that. They *could* say that doing that would enable the other bloke to pirate the SW. On the other hand, if you already *own* the SW and can prove it, there is nothing they can do to you.

I Guess for now I will keep my ole trusty A3000D 25mhz machine for the following reasons:

1.) Mouse port Dongle.
2.) Amiga formatted Floppies.
