Good news and nice to see you back in business. I've gotten this error message from DiskimageGUI few times:

Process called DOS function with too small buffer.

Given size: 260
Requested size: 516

Process: "DiskImageGUI"
Function: "ParsePatternNoCase()"

Unfortunately I didn't write down how to reproduce this and don't remember anymore.

There's no call to ParsePatternNoCase function in diskimage.device code. The problem is with asl.library which doesn't like the long pattern string that I'm using (if you shorten it in the DiskImageGUI tooltypes the requester will go away).

I've been thinking of using ASLFR_FilterHook instead to add my own pattern matching to avoid this problem, but of course then you wouldn't be able to edit the pattern inside the requester anymore...
