Got me an AmigaOne XE

I sold my Flex 733 a few weeks ago to help pay for the X1000. In the meantime, I've borrowed the usergroup AmigaOne XE G3. Is very nice so far. :) Works a little faster than the Sam Flex, I love it. I'll have to start coding again soon. Almost finished my diploma so I'll be able to make time for it.

Yeah I gotta grab it again ASAP. I found a bunch of miscellanous bugs in Sabre and Wookie that I wouldnt have seen normally using my standard settings. I'll have to fix them up soon.

ah it's great that you've got an A1 to get your OS4.1 fix while you wait for the X1000 arrival
The way I see it is that with the new Sam460 and X1000 people will be selling their slower Sams and therefore there will be more affordable OS4.1 machines out there for first time NG users to enjoy..win-win !..I'd love to get a Sam460 myself but I'm just so bloody happy with my Samflex@800

I sold my AmigaOne-XE a few months to have some funds towards a X1000.. She may been a noisy so so but I really miss that computer!

I sold my Sam Flex to get a Peg2 1ghz.... AmigaOS4.1 flies on it I can only imagine how insane it would be on the X1000 :)

Well all good "women" have a tendency to make some noise once in a while. But don't you always miss them when they are gone...

hmm now that I think about it, it could have been nice if I could have swapped my ex wife for a nice amiga setup. lol

Thanks for the welcome, yes there is definately some positive things happening in the Amiga community. I especially am anticipating the release of Timberwolf and Open Office. These two releases will greatly enhance my daily use of AmigaOS4.1
