AppliedMicro's website says that both the 440ep and the 460ex offer ~2 DMIPS per MHz. So, that's about 1466 for a Sam440ep at 733MHz and roughly 2400 for the Sam460.
This won't reflect real usage, though, because the Sam460 also has much faster RAM and much more up-to-date graphics. People with more knowledge than me have estimated that the Sam460 should be between two to four times faster than a 440 at most general use tasks.
The MIPS numbers are interesting, though. They offer a rough insight into how potential future target processors might perform under AmigaOS. PA6T you've already mentioned, but other chips like the APM801xx or the QorIQ range from Freescale are also interesting, from both a price and performance point of view.
