why is the username field so short? my username "MichaelMerkel" is one character too wide wo i lost an "l"... can this be fixed? or can i have another name if not?
don't seem to work with AWeb, when choosing and saving on the "Edit Account" page, it always pops back to "Oldest first".
Problem with cookies?
One can choose it in the thread itself through the pop-down menu, but it won't be saved either, returning/reloading the thread gets one back to "Oldest first"
Not sure if it has already been filed, if so, sorry
EDIT: Amigans.net bug? I posted this message twice by mistake (IB yellow alert when clicking on "Submit", and it seems I clicked again), but my post count is still 1, when it should show 2. In my profile I can see two posts -including this one-, but post count shows 1.
Saluditos,
Ferr?n.
Err...yes, what does this have to do with my problem?
It seems the "Flat View" and "Newest First" only affects comments in the gallery and on news items, but not the threads in the forums, maybe this can be adapted to the forums aswell?
It's not a bug but feature: s there a way to increase the timeout time of the edited post? I confront the message saying that edit took too much time too much quite often.
TIA, Jack

And this: What does the [image] near the nickname do? (inside topic thread views)

Our graphics designer wanted an image there but has not yet produced one. So we'll either add the image when it arrives or just delete the text and deal with it later.
some of the button graphics look "strange". (and other stuff)
1. look at the "reply" and the "report" buttons below this message. the reply button has a nice shadow below it. the reply button shadow looks (very) slightly different. also the colors look a little bit different. i have the impression, that the color depth differs. "reply" looks better.
2. the bigger buttons (reply, new topic, online, offline, ...) have a strange red bar below them. they also have a real shadow. but what is that "red bar" supposed to be? i don't like the look of them.
3. the "_MD_UP" button (yes - that is the tooltip of it), the one to go up the thread below this message, does visually not fit to the other buttons at all if you ask me. it has a white background and a black border. no other button has this. the other "green buttons" look better.
4. next to each name in a thread is written [image] - what does this mean? i'd like to see the name in a little more bigger font - or different. browsing a thread it is sometimes hard to see who wrote a comment. other sites (well, guess which one) show this a little bit clearer.

The 'repy' button is 64 colors & the 'report' button is only 8 colors.
Not sure why they're not all 256 colors -- possibly for compatibility with classic machines?
Hey there klesterjr!!
Awesome that you're here.
Woah!!!
Are your eyes bionic?
We sure have a great person designing icons for AOS4.x!
Support Amiga Fantasy cases!!! How to program: 1. Start with lots and lots of 0's. 10. Add 1's, liberally. "Details for OS 5 will be made public in the fourth quarter of 2007, ..." - Bill McEwen Whoah!!! He spoke, a bit late.
Content group on the left contains "Statement of Intent" and "The Terms Of Service". There shouln't be "The" in the last (if it should, then it also should appear in the 1-st, but imho it shouldn't) Mozilla wraps the line with "The", would look nicer with shorter and not-wrapped line or with a larger form width.
2. This one isn't a bug but a fine-tuning: The minimum time for editing post is too large imho (If there's a minor edit like typo I always get the come-back-after-30-seconds message. 15 seconds is more reasonable imho.
It's becoming a great siite, keep up the good work Jack
