AmigaAMP Prefs localization

The new version of AmigaAMP for OS4, now available on OS4depot, finally includes the long-overdue, native, ReAction-based preferences editor.


The editor is fully localized but the current distribution does not include any catalogs. If you are interested in localizing the editor, please contact Thomas Wenzel, he'll send you the catalog descriptor file.

Hope you'll enjoy using the editor as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Amigaamp has become very good lately. Nice seeing it's still developed. Remember i used it much when i had my A4000.

Excellent. It's a professional looking layout and finally make AmigaAMP completely OS4 native. I do have a small request though. I have the icon snapshotted in the AmigaAMP directory and when I iconify the prefs the icon won't alighn itself below my other icons on the left of the WorkBench screen. Most of my other programs (including AmigaAMP itself) don't seem to have their iconification icons constrained by snapshotting the program icon. Is it possible to have a Reaction program iconification without the program snapshotting affecting the position of the iconification icon? If so, it would be nice if that could be added in the next AmigaAMP release. I'm not sure if it's posible because I haven't figured out how to do it in one of my programs. I've cheated and placed a duplicate unsnapshotted icon in a sub-directory

My translation is completed at time record, just a final note: The title of the main window (the string "AmigaAMP Preferences") is missed completely from the .cd, please can you add it ?
