For your USB mouse, did you try to use an USB hub? That might help.

Huh? looks back through year-old thread

Oh, that was sorted ages ago. Well, sort of sorted, I still get problems with my keyboard - it's a bug in the USB stack something to do with hubs (actually removing the hub is what fixed it).

It has been reported, discussed and mostly ignored on the official OS4 support forums. I've just been putting up with my keyboard not always working on a reboot as I'm bored of arguing about it.

I've done as much as I can to raise the Sam440 USB keyboard/mouse hub issue on Bugzilla. After that it is up to the relevant developer to look at & hopefully fix the problem. I can't really say more than that without being shot by SSolie!
