Other bizarre USB pendrive that run on Amiga OS4.1 is the http://www.weenicons.com/ I bough a pendrive with the King "Elvis" this pendrive is of 8GB and works fine with our OS4.
We need an official list because browse in this thread is very long and well sometimes bored, a list in this forum with update and easy to see the hardware runs on AmigaOS4.x
this list is from current AmigaOS4.1 users so all items listed should work on all USB2.0 supported hardware that can run the latest OS version (unless I'm missing something)
also, the list is updated when users post new items. Maybe one day I (or someone else) can put the list into a database so it can be easily searched by maker, model etc. but for now I've been told that it's helped OS4.1 users in choosing which make/model to buy & that's why I started the thread in the first place
Sorry can't help with the 'boring' part though unless you want to provide some of your 'dancing girls' of beautiful mermaids from Acuario 2012 that can be posted on the initial post
Other fantastic device runs with AmigaOS4.1 this from Apple his wireless mouse model MB112ZM/B and very soft to handle and click, I hope that it runs also fine with my Mac and MorphOS the final user of this mouse, although sometime I'll stole it for my Sam!
I tried a Logitech Dual Shock usb controller and it seems to have problems. Amiinput can see it I can click the fire button, and move the digital pad but doesnt work with games..??
Amigainput and USB inspector see it but the 2 joysticks I tried dont work. Amigainput calibration sees the fire button but the stick only works in one direction
Its a shame because I cant play any os4 games with joypad/joystick. Any ideas?
You can add : Logitech K260 wireless mouse/keyboard combo. I use one ( received as gift for my birthday :) ) on my Sam440EP Flex 800Mhz & AmigaOS4.1u5 and it work perfectly.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.
Hmm, don't think I've ever posted in this thread. I have some dull mass-storage devices of varying denominations that are all fine (except one, which is a corporate branded thing so probably not important). Plus:
Stelladapter (Atari 2600-USB adapter) - works fine (only tested with Kempston/Amiga joysticks) 3-in-1 MagicJoyBox - (only tested Gamecube port) - some of the controls don't map properly in AmigaInput but mostly fine.
With 'wwsr' all EasyWeather-compatible USB weather stations should work. Not very exciting interface though, I have a Qt graphical one but suffers from display corruption that I need to look at.
I also have a USB GPS dongle (ND-100) which doesn't work because we don't have any drivers for it (it has a standard USB-serial controller PL2303 I think)
My ps2 mouse stopped working on my A1XE, gave me a bit of concern.
Anyway plugged in a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000, and it certainly seems to work fine. Scroll wheel works better than my old mouse.
Slightly off topic, well way off topic. Under one of the previous OS4 updates there was a utility which enabled the scroll wheel in 68k programs that were not designed for it. I can't for the life of me remember what it was, or where to get it. Any ideas?
Atari to USB retro adaptor Amigainput and USB inspector see it but the 2 joysticks I tried dont work. Amigainput calibration sees the fire button but the stick only works in one direction
I also bought atari to usb but i only managed to get it to work with Vice64. I bought this instead and its working with E-UAE/whdload games.
