Oh yes. I'll fix that, thanks.

@Alkaron
Please can you log that on the official bugtracker http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func= ... roup_id=51719&atid=464312

It's something to do with libdom, which is well beyond my understanding.

Ctrl+MMB: save in IFF format

Cool i didn't know that !

It works fine altrough i have a minor visually issue, when i "catch" an image from a webpage to drag locally on my hard disk i note that the icon will not be moved outside the NetSurf's windows area .. of course if i release the button mouse above the destination's window (and then i release the LMB button) the file will be saved well

What i miss eventually is a proper visually effect that can show the file i want to drag following the mouse pointer on every position i'm into, just as the current drag text functionality, aniway

Ops, just forgot, can you able to drag locally a standalone image ?

Like that for example:

http://www.ppa.pl/images/news/NetBSD.png

It doesn't seems to work here ..

Yes, I did say that the icon wasn't moving during the drag. I need to look into that.

No, it only works with HTML. You'll need to log a feature request on the bugtracker.

You may wanna take a look at the 2nd and 3rd parameter of the for loops in ami_gui_opts_free() (in amiga/gui_options.c, line 354ff) they look backwards.

Both fixed in build #650

@Gazelle

If you can point out the obvious flaw in my redraw code which is causing scrolling up to be slower than scrolling down, that would be helpful

If you point me in the right direction (= sourcefiles) I will take a look when I find the time.

I just got my X1000 and I'm still setting it up.

Have a look at ami_do_redraw() in amiga/gui.c - if you search for ScrollWindowRaster that's pretty much where the "fast scrolling" mechanism starts. (NB: with fast scrolling switched off the speed difference doesn't happen)

ami_do_redraw_tiled does the actual redraw, which is where the problem is most likely to be. I think it's redrawing the entire screen rather than just the newly-revealed bit, although when I put some debug in the values that came back suggested it was drawing the correct region.

(I wasn't expecting you to actually look at it btw, but if you want to it's appreciated!)

That's not an error, it's just some debug/info that libsvgtiny has thrown out. I don't think gradients are implemented, which is probably why.

At the moment the favicons aren't stored or associated with the hotlist entries, so there are no icons as far as the toolbar (hotlist) is concerned.

Should be gwin->bw not gwin->win. I'll fix it later (no access from here).

It is getting better and better...

Is it possible to fix/snapshot a search field width (Google, Yahoo, Bing...)?
It is too narrow every time I run NS.

Wow, NS has stolen a little bit of my heart while MUI OWB crashes badly the whole system since update 5....

Try setting web_search_width to something like 20 in your Choices file (users/default/Choices) with the new one

Finding the right value may be a bit of a black art, I'll see if I can figure out a way of snapshotting it and fixing the size properly.

Thanks. I have a Javascript enabled build here too (I'm using it now), although due to the stage of development it's in it makes very little difference functionally (it screws up the front page of amigans.net, but that's something to do with my buildsystem rather than Javascript)

Another request: Can you add a "Quit NetSurf?" requester (maybe with a proper option to set in Prefs) if a user try to close NetSurf while more than 1 tab is opened ?

A session support like MUI OWB would be a major one for the future releases !

Tested build 703: looks pretty nice from what i tested latest. I even now login to amigans.net with it and write this post (if i remember right, there was some problems with it before?). I also tryed to go to mail.yandex.ru, but that one just loads nothing.

I've never had any problems logging in to amigans.net or posting with NetSurf, I use it all the time for this.

mail.yandex.ru appears to need Javascript. On my JS build I get a blue background, which is a marginal improvement, so when JS implementation is more complete hopefully that will be accessible.
