We are all human beings, so take a wishes of good and proper recovery, thanks for bringing TW to current port state and finishing state "When its done"
Well, to put up a bit of an update, I've started updating the current version to the latest baseline source, so wit ha bit of luck, the next version will be Timberwolf 19.0. No ETA yet, though, as this is a bit of work still (60 MB packed source for 4.0.1, 90 MB packed source for 19.0, i.e. lots of differences).
I opted to update first to the latest version on the off chance that the 100 % cpu was due to the 4.0.1 version. I had some problems with the Windows version back in the days, so it might resolve itself automatically. If not, I'll have to look at it again.
We'll see... just thought I owe everyone an update on the situation. Thanks for the good wishes, it seems they helped.

A very good news, keep it up !

I hope also you will get the chance to fix all remained bugs first, expecially the ISI crash at startup (the most annoying one i can say) but of course still many little bugs around ...
Maybe just maybe the new codebase engine will magically fix automatically most of them, atleast me hope ..
Good news!!! I'm looking forward to it, thanks in advance, new version of required libraries like cairo are welcome for some speedup, please fix caps lock bug as well. A special version of cairo that could take advantage of compositing would be fascinating too.

Someone mentioned Cairo library in a previous post. I would like to have new version too, with fast path and other optimization, maybe hw accelerated. I started coding a little program that uses Cairo just to exercize, but soon i give up due to poor Cairo performance.

Good thinking. There was a speed increase in one of the versions of FF. It will certainly help with the speed issue.
I do wish more people would donate to the cause however, if something was ever worth supporting it was this project!
Good Luck! =)
