Amigans Defender

Lets Make this Wednesday 20th of March. Amigans.net IRC day.

I humbly invite everyone on here to join me and others on the Amigans.net irc channel on that day.
Details.... irc.amigans.net (or irc.amigaworld.net) both go to the same spot.
channel is #amigans

And if you can, please use an Amiga client - it will make the whole thing feel more Amiga that way

Well, I plan to be on from around 18:00 hours, but its about re-connecting with the IRC medium and not letting it die a slow painful death.

I nearly overlooked that I should join #amigans (rather than #amigaworld). (A bit confusing to say join #amigans on irc.amigaworld.net - easier to join irc.amigans.net !)

Thanks to all of you who took part, we had a record crowd for #amigans

It was nice to see lots of new faces and even nicer to see some of the old crowd back.

May repeat the get together later on in June. In the meantime the #amigans IRC channel is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, pop by and say hi
